Perched on the hillside and boasting panoramic ocean views, Las Villas is a contemporary complex in the quiet Amapas neighbourhood of Puerto Vallarta. It comprises two spacious villas: Casa Comos and Casa Mia. An elegant solution for multi-family holidays of up to 16 guests, Las Villas offers versatile accommodation and effortless entertaining for large groups.

The pretty Playa Los Muertos offers a sweeping stretch of golden sand and eclectic gastronomic experiences, from the freshly caught Tehua oysters and sliced mangoes sold by beach vendors to world-class waterfront fine dining. Puerto Vallarta has a buzzing art scene, best enjoyed by taking a stroll along the Malecon boardwalk, where you'll discover contemporary sculptures and a charming selection of galleries and artisan craft stores. Further cultural treats await on Cuale River Island, where art exhibitions, live music, poetry readings, and museums sit within a lush island setting.

The casas in the splendid Las Villas complex deliver a blend of grand, intimate, and al fresco living spaces, featuring breezy coastal interior design and cosy seating arrangements for leisurely lounging. In addition to a professional standard chef's kitchen, each villa boasts an attractive dining room; Casa Comos also benefits from a second sweeping panoramic dining space and a furnished palapa, allowing all guests to feast together. This sophisticated complex also offers three chic bars where you can hand-mix tequila cocktails, a state-of-the-art gym, and a plush media room for laid-back movie nights.

Casa Comos houses five ensuite bedrooms (two with a living room and sundeck), while Casa Mia has three. Each bedroom offers a sumptuous king-size bed dressed in the finest cotton linens. Please note that one of the bedrooms in Casa Mia can be arranged as a twin – ideal for children. Each bedroom is infused with subtle ethnic touches, from traditional wall hangings to Aztec prints, while the ensuite bathrooms feel fresh and modern, with statement tiles, pebble flooring, and rainfall showers.

The outdoor spaces are the jewel in the crown, with two saltwater infinity pools, a hot tub, charming furnished palapas, and numerous elegant sun decks. Guests can relax al fresco at their respective casas or gather for sunset aperos as they reconnect at the dreamy Las Villas.

    • While there is no charge for infants, this home is recommend for groups with children ages 10+ due to the many terraces and balconies at the villa.
    • Please note that a security deposit equal to one night's rent is required year-round, except for bookings during Holiday weeks when the security deposit is $5000.
    • Laundry service is available for an additional fee, please inquire.
    • A grocery deposit will be required in advance, please note the shopping fee is 15% of the bill.
