Totalling more than 6,700 square feet, this expansive retreat can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. Set within a gated micro-resort community, you will enjoy total peace and quiet to enjoy your well-deserved time away.

At the heart of the villa is the oasis-like pool, wrapping around the ‘floating’ al fresco dining palapa, barbecue, and fire pit - such an impressive place to sit and admire the idyllic vistas while enjoying your lunches and dinners. Planning on soaking up the sunshine? You will find an array of loungers and chairs dotted along the terrace to bathe to your heart’s content.

The terrace flows down onto a length of private sandy dunes, with gorgeous sights across to the beautiful Smith’s Reef. Less than a few minutes’ walk away, this thriving coral reef is teeming with marine life and is well worth a visit if you have the time.

Within the villa, sliding doors connect the indoor living space to the terrace creating a breezy, open-air feel. The three bedrooms in the main villa boast spectacular ocean views, with two offering king-sized beds and a third with two twins. The remaining bedrooms are situated adjacent to the pool oasis, both with king-sized beds and private outdoor showers.

Turtle Inlet has been carefully designed with sustainability in mind - multi-zone air conditioning systems, BIONEST wastewater treatment, and solar water heating are just a few of the features within this eco-friendly villa.
