Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

• This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, and will consider pets on request.

• Some staircases in this home are narrow, windy and steep in places and so children will need supervising when being used.

• Although the entrance to this home is on the ground floor, there are a series of steps up to the front door.

• This home is split over five floors with no internal elevator.

• There is parking on request at this home, which if available can be pre-arranged. Please speak to our destinations specialists if you wish to enquire about the space.

• There are external CCTV cameras outside of this home, however, there are none inside.

• The pool in this home is not heated.

• Please note this home is not exclusive to onefinestay.

• The BBQ in the garden is not for guest-use.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
