Lined by brownstone buildings with cobbled alleyways and pedestrianised areas, it's a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, where you'll find trendy restaurants, independent stores, galleries and cafés. You're only a short distance from many of Manhattan's major attractions, including the theatres of Broadway.
Reached via a private elevator, Franklin Street captures the elegant bohemian atmosphere of this creative neighbourhood. The décor is minimalist, allowing the apartment's character to speak for itself. Whitewashed walls let the shape of the original bricks show through, especially in the sleek kitchen, where a brick arch surrounds the hob. An intimate dining area forms part of the open-plan design, utilising chic retro furniture to add a pop of colour. The living space is bright and airy, with a sublime artistic atmosphere.
