The apartment sits on the ancient Piazza di Santa Croce, the site of a beautiful Gothic church known for its atmospheric frescoes by Giotto. It’s just a short stroll from here to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, where you can visit the iconic dome, climb the bell tower, and browse one of Florence’s finest cultural museums. Modern Italian artistry awaits in the chic fashion houses of the Via Roma, just a 15-minute walk away, where you can browse the latest couture collections by Fendi, Gucci, and Prada.

Residenza degli Antellesi offers an authentic slice of Florentine life with its classic interior design, traditional wooden window shutters, and antique furniture. The spacious living room benefits from floods of natural light, and its bold floral-print wicker sofas create an inviting spot to share a bottle of Tuscan wine each evening. The living room flows onto a charming dark wood kitchen, with a lovely round dining table for informal suppers by the fireside. There is also a formal dining room with a large table for lavish Italian banquets.

The three bedrooms feel warm and cosy, with antique-inspired rugs, wooden furniture, and exposed timber beams. The first bedroom is ensuite and features a double bed that can be split into a twin. There is a second bedroom with a double that can be divided; the third bedroom houses two single beds that can be joined. These two bedrooms have use of two full bathrooms, one with a deep soak tub and walk-in shower, and one with a shower.
