Fabrice Carre
CEO
Based in Paris
Fabrice Carré is graduated from ESSEC Business School and holds a Public Works Engineer degree from ESTP (Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics). Fabrice started his career in 2001 at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting (now Bearingpoint) as Strategy Consultant and then went on, as manager, to drive restructuring, performance and growth management assignments in several CAC 40 companies, operating in energy, telecoms or technology and in government agencies and public institutions. Fabrice joined Accor as Strategic project manager in 2006. In 2008, he was part of the new Strategy Department, which led the split between Accor Hospitality and Accor Services. In 2010, he was appointed Strategy & Investment VP, expanding his responsibilities to include financial analysis of all the Group's development and investment projects. He was promoted Strategy & Investment SVP in 2013 and was part of the team driving Accor's transformation with the HotelServices / HotelInvest split, as well as the acquisition of Fairmont Raffles Hotels International (FRHI). Mid-2016, he became SVP Strategy & Corporate Finance responsible for financial management and performance monitoring of Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Loyalty and IT activities, in addition to his existing missions. Fabrice led the internal team in charge of the Booster project. In October 2020, Fabrice Carré was appointed Group Chief Strategy Officer and became a member of the Group’s Executive Committee. In January 2023, he joined Accor’s Premium, Midscale & Economy Executive Committee, as the division’s Chief Strategy Officer.
Dorothée Guiol
Chief Strategy, Development & Finance Officer
Based in Paris
Dorothee joined onefinestay in 2022, previously working within the Accor Head Office as Group Strategic Project Director. She has 7 years experience as a Consultant & Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group (both in Paris and London). She is a graduate of ESSEC Business School in Paris and loves travelling, including a 6 month round the world trip 7 years ago.
David Whiteside
Chief Operating Officer
Based in London
David joined onefinestay in 2013 as a Senior Operations Executive. He spent his first year understanding and supporting the business through a hyper-growth stage. With his experience in project management and logistics, David progressed into different roles while finding efficiencies and cost controls. David prides himself on his leadership style and challenging the status quo to think outside the box. David is now the COO, joining onefinestay’s Management Committee at the start of 2022.
Guillaume Fontana
Chief Technology Officer
Based in Paris
Guillaume first worked for onefinestay as a Technical advisor to the New Businesses' CTO at Accor, and then joined onefinestay permanently in June 2018 as a Director of Engineering. He became Chief Technical Officer in August 2021. Guillaume is a graduate of ESIEE Paris and has more than 15 years of experience in tech / digital. Prior to joining onefinestay, Guillaume had several roles, starting as a developer, then becoming lead, architect, devops and tech expert, always dealing with small and bigger teams in various industries such as gaming, ads, and e-commerce.
Sophie Howse
Chief Sales Officer
Based in London
Having worked in the luxury hospitality space for over 14 years, Sophie began her onefinestay career in 2016, starting as Global Sales Account Manager and recently being appointed Chief Sales Officer. Sohpie quickly distinguished herself as an integral team member playing a pivotal role in building the brand’s highly energetic sales teams, focused on data and storytelling. Sophie manages a global team based in Sydney, LA, London and everywhere in between, and has ultimate oversight for all onefinestay bookings, B2B sales with the brand’s highly valued travel partners, as well as the sales operations team who work tirelessly behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly. Sophie continues to drive innovation at onefinestay, always pushing for improved guest experiences and exploring new opportunities for growth in the luxury private rental market.
Kelly Wheeler
Chief Financial Officer
After over a decade in accounting roles for global organisations sized from $3 million to $2 billion in revenues, Kelly Wheeler joined onefinestay as Finance Director in 2021 and was recently appointed Chief Financial Officer. She brings abundant experience to her executive role, including implementation of enterprise resource planning, software conversions, financial modelling and more for companies in industries from commercial construction and international manufacturing to B2B start-ups and technology. Kelly received a degree from the School of Accountancy at Georgia State University in Atlanta.
Isabelle Garcin
Chief Legal and Compliance Officer
Based in Paris
An experienced and trusted general counsel skilled in business and corporate law, Isabelle Garcin joined onefinestay from Accor, where, as General Counsel – Corporate Venture Activities & Corporate Social Responsibility, she oversaw legal matters within the company’s new businesses and handled investments in startup companies. Previously, Isabelle spent nearly a decade as General Counsel and a member of the executive committee of RES, a world’s largest independent renewable energy player, where she created and developed the legal department for RES France. Previously, as in-house lawyer with Engie and First Data Corp., she acquired a solid experience advising corporations on many cross-border transactions. She originally started her career as an associate with Sullivan & Cromwell then with Shearman & Sterling where she advised various corporations and private equity investors and financial institutions on M&A and corporate finance related matters. Isabelle holds a law degree from Paris-La Sorbonne and was an international student at The University of British Colombia. She graduated from Cornell Law School in 1995, from Sciences Po Paris in 1998 and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2000.
Sharon Barton
Chief People Officer
Sharon has over 16 years experience in senior HR roles in both SME and corporate environments, including sectors such as pharmaceutical consultancy, life sciences and aerospace. Sharon is a chartered member of the CIPD, with a degree in Psychology. Sharon is passionate about developing performance cultures and adding value through effective, forward- thinking people strategies across international locations. Sharon has worked with onefinestay on a variety of people projects since 2022 and joins onefinestay as Chief People Officer in 2024.
