“ This place was fabulous. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath, with a kitchen and huge living room with a view of the gardens. Total privacy and so very quiet. “ This is the second time we've stayed in this location. We come to London very frequently and always have stayed in hotels. This gives us a lot more flexibility and we love this location as it's close to the underground, great restaurants and shopping. The flat itself is clean and the pull out sofa in the living room allows us to have an overnight guest. It would be wonderful if they had more of a blackout shade in the living area as the lights comes into the room very early. Very enjoyable experience!

“ Our home in Florence was right on the Piazza San Croce. It was centrally located so we could get to most places in town within 15 minutes walking. It was also just a 20 minute walk to the train station. The beds were large and very comfortable. Plus the kitchen and coffeemaker were excellent. Definitely a great place to stay for families with 3 or 4 kids!

“ Our onefinestay experience was excellent. We stayed in a beautiful flat that is extremely well-located and well appointed. It served our needs perfectly, with a very comfortable bedroom, small but comfortable living area and outdoor access. Service was excellent throughout, providing concierge recommendations and trouble shooting when the owner of our original selection had a family emergency, and we needed to find an alternative. They were most helpful in this regard. Twice I engaged with them directly on calls versus email and this was particularly helpful.

“ We have used onefinestay since the early years of opening. The properties are lovely and the support is wonderful. We decided to book an early check in so we could tuck right in and get settled and it was a wonderful thing to do. The flat was located in one of the prettiest residential garden squares in West London, appointed really well and all in all perfect. The other thing that is wonderful about onefinestay is the photos and descriptions are accurate and so if we wanted a larger property for holiday celebrations with family, or a smaller flat, the description will be accurate so we will know what we are booking. It is a great resource and we will always use them!

“ I booked a 2 bedroom flat in the Notting Hill neighborhood of London. What I appreciate the most about the rental was the clear and professional communication that occurred up to my arrival and also during my stay. The flat was lovely and well appointed. The photos represented the rental accurately. That is something that is always important to me. What I doubly appreciated was that the bathrooms were well appointed, everything worked as it should and of course, the flat was very clean. The location was a new location for me within London. One of the reasons that the flat was selected was because of the transportation ease I had. I was within a 7 minute walk to 3 tube stations and the bus lines available even closer were fabulous. I was also pleasantly surprised that the Oxford Tube bus stop was literally at the end of my street. I was in Oxford for a full day into late evening and the ease of going and returning was absolutely wonderful. The food markets were abundant and fun shopping within an easy 10 minute bus ride. London transportation ease from any rental I take is 2nd in importance overall. This flat was truly a winner for that.
