The flat was clean, modern, spacious and in a great location that is safe, walkable with lots of great local restaurants and museums. It is only a 5 minute walk to Earl Court tube station. onefinestay provided great concierge amenities such as grocery delivery before check in and acquiring last minute EPL tickets for us. We would highly recommend!

“ The apartment in Marylebone was very suitable for our stay to visit our children in London. The apartment was clean and everything was in good working order. We were greeted by the lovely Lorenzo and introduced to all the working aspects of the apartment. Only downside was some building work going on near to the apartment (but we were warned about this in advance). A great stay and will use your services again !

The flat we selected was well-located, but was an awkward property in terms of layout and furnishings (3 floors, steep stairs, spartan bedroom furnishings). “ We had the most wonderful time! So great that I can't imagine staying in a hotel ever again going forward for any stay longer than a few days. I have a couple of areas of improvement that I could recommend. Upon checkin, our greeter had to stay with us for 45 minutes until he was able to confirm we had already provided a security deposit. I would have liked to have gone straight to bed, but we had to wait. I think bath robes and slippers would be a great added bonus. Throw blankets would have been great too. Because we were there for so long - the toiletries provided were only enough to last a couple of days, so more, or larger format would be great. But everything else was so wonderful - and I can't tell you enough how grateful I am for allowing us a late checkout. It really meant us getting to enjoy another day without having to deal with luggage.

“ We arrived in London on a Saturday morning to discover that the renovations at our flat were not complete and we needed a place to stay. Having used onefinestay in the past, I called and was put through to Jack Bower who was amazing. After explaining my predicament and requesting whether they had availability last minute, Jack went to work and within 4 hours we were settling in. He made what was an awful situation great. Andrew met us and showed us around and was also terrific in explaining everything. We really appreciated him coming out on a Saturday night. The townhouse was probably the best of the places we have used with onefinestay. The kitchen was very well equipped and the first floor living space was exceptionally nice.
