“ The flat was very clean, large, comfortable and stylish. The location was fantastic - close to Sloane Sq and Kings Rd but on a quiet side street. The kitchen was well equipped and modern. We had a Wi-Fi problem that was promptly dealt with by onefinestay. I would definitely book with them again.

“ We were so pleased with our London flat on Sloane Square and especially loved being greeted by your staff member on arrival. The instructions were detailed, and resulted in smooth operation of appliances. Our daughter found the mattress a bit firm for her preference. I slept well, so this is just a matter of individual preference. Using onefinestay makes so much sense especially when visiting for an extended stay in locations you haven't often visited.

“ Cornwall Gardens is a great location to enjoy a day in Hyde Park and performance at Royal Albert Hall. Charming flat to come home to after West End shows, sightseeing, shopping and all London offers! Balcony provided bird's eye view of neighborhood during morning coffee and evening cocktails!

“ Accommodation was very clean and comfortable, helpful introduction by staff, useful and welcome amenities - especially coffee and milk to start us off. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication prior to arrival was excellent. Location near Trafalgar Square was great for visiting tourist highlights. Highly recommend this apartment. Additional item that would be welcome is restaurant recommendations. We really enjoyed Thai restaurant next door.

“ From the moment we expressed interest in a onefinestay property, our experience has been superb. The customer service team has been constantly available and ensured that we had a wonderful stay. About a week prior to our arrival, the team noticed that the construction (previously disclosed in the booking information) on our intended apartment was far more significant than expected. The team proactively made us aware of the situation and immediately presented us with alternatives. Most companies would NOT have done this and it is a huge credit to the customer experience that onefinestay seeks to provide. Throughout our stay, the team assisted with transport to and from the airport and football tickets which was a once in a lifetime experience. Our house was lovely, we had everything we needed and it was perfectly located. We will be back soon!!!!
