Home Truths

• This home accepts babies and children toddlers and pets.

• This home is on the second floors with an external elevator.

• This home has air conditioning throughout. Please be aware that European air conditioning units are designed for a milder temperature range than American units. Whilst there is air conditioning in this home it might not feel as cool as some American air conditioning units.

• You can access to the second bedroom from the master bedroom.

• This home has hidden doors to access to the Master and Third bedrooms.

• Since the photoshoot the homeowner has replaced the cot in the third bedroom with a queen size bed.

• One loveable dog and a cat lives at this home. They won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

• There are no photographs available for the toilets.

• Long term stay discounts are not applicable to this home.

• There is a television in the master bedroom only.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a €1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
