We loved staying in a London home. The decor was stunning, bathrooms were to a high standard and beds very comfortable. Just 2 negatives. The details for the home mentioned cushions for the outdoor seating, they were not in the home. Also there was no iron or ironing board. onefinestay assisted and sent over an iron and also found the ironing board in one the private presses. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay in London with onefinestay! Our group left all agreeing we'll definitely be using this company for future travels. There was a slight miscommunication on day 1 that was resolved quickly and with a handwritten apology. The issue was partly our fault, but we appreciated the extra care of the note. The company responds quickly and kindly. It felt like a much more streamlined process than Airbnb or VRBO hosts. I think at least 3 different people responded as concierge based on time of day over our 5 day trip. Definitely recommend onefinestay!!

This lovely flat was exactly as posted. All our interactions with onefinestay were timely and satisfactory. The greeter was familiar enough with the property to make us thoroughly comfortable quickly. The only downside was that every email/call was from a different person, maybe 10 over the course of a few months.. Would have felt more assured with end to end continuity.

As a family of four, having a nice furnished flat with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and a kitchen was a godsend. Our Concierge, Lisa, was incredibly helpful in getting us sorted. The location of our flat was perfect for us, it was above a bakery (where we got our breakfast every morning), dry cleaners (who also do wash and fold which we took advantage of), a store (for water, cokes, and wine), and a pub next door.
