This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
This home is on the first floor with no elevator access.
This home is spread over three levels with no internal elevator.
The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.
This home accepts babies and children, but does not accept toddlers or pets.
Some noise from the road at the front of this home can be heard in the sitting room and kitchen.
The TVs in this home are powered by Apple TV only. You will need your Apple ID account details handy.
The bed in the second bedroom has limited access on one side.
There is currently construction work taking place on a building at the rear of this home. Noise can be heard inside the home during working hours. Typical working hours are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays. The work is scheduled for completion by March 2025 but might overrun.
