This is the 2nd time we went through onefinestay. On both occasions, the location was near the underground and the street was quiet and safe. The apartment is very new and clean. The most important point is that the agent waited for us in the apartment till we arrived at 10.30pm, unlike some agencies that we went through last time. We had to collect the keys at a designated place. I had to return a wheelchair at the end of the stay and it had all been arranged. What else can I ask for!

onefinestay goes above and beyond what I expect from my travel company partners. This was our third time using them in London and every time the service has been excellent. The flats are spotlessly clean. The booking and check in process is seamless. The follow up on any issues is timely and they have been a great help booking associated services like airport/rail car transfers. I would not hesitate to use onefinestay wherever they have vacation homes.

Excellent communication from start to finish and a seamless check in and check out procedure. The apartment was exactly as advertised and absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean and with lovely finishing touches such as fresh ground coffee and chocolates left for us.

The home exceeded my expectations. Walking through the door each time was a delight. I'm very critical and I could not find a single thing wrong with it. I would highly recommend this unit. Location is also great. onefinestay thought of every detail to make our stay enjoyable!

House Rules
- The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
- No smoking on any onefinestay property.
Home Truths
There is no wardrobe in the master bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. There is a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, available for guest use.
This home does not accept babies, toddlers or children under 6 years old.
The homeowners' housekeeper may come during your stay. She usually comes on Wednesdays for two to three hours, but the time varies week to week. She has her own key, but we will let you know when to expect her.
The TV pictured in the second bedroom listing photos is not in use.
ID Check
Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
