Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• This home has air-conditioning in all bedrooms but the fourth. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom that needs one. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

• This home accepts babies and children, but does not accept toddlers. Pets can be discussed on a request-basis.

• There are a few steps up to the entrance of this home.

• This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.

• This is a well-loved home and so may show some signs of wear and tear.

• The homeowners' cleaner will visit on a Thursday for a couple of hours.

• There are currently works taking place at the back of this home. Some noise may be heard during working hours.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
