Professional company. I liked being met by a representative in person. If I had a question or concern I could email and received an immediate response. I felt reassured that if I had a problem there was someone available to help. The flat was clean and I felt very safe and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay in Chelsea. The apartment was well set out, clean and beautifully decorated. The onefinestay team were very helpful to our needs, particularly Tara. We couldn't recommend onefinestay highly enough. Thank you for looking after us.

This was our first time using onefinestay and it is unlikely that we will ever go back to using the alternative sites such as Airbnb and VRBO. The standard of both the accommodation and customer service was excellent.

- No smoking on any onefinestay property.
Home Truths
The minimum length of stay for this home is five nights.
This home accepts children, toddlers and babies. However, the home is only suitable for one child below the age of 12.
The elevator in the building is small and can accommodate 3 people at a time, as such it may not be large enough for a pushchair.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
ID Check
Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
