Check-in: from 4:00 PM. We'll meet you at the home on arrival at your convenience.

Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

• Someone may come in during your stay to water the plants. If this is to happen we will let you know in advance.

• Two loveable dogs lives at this home. They won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

• There are cameras in this home, however they will be switched off during your booking.

• Some noise from the nearby tube depot can be heard inside this home. Trains start running early in the morning and return late in the evening.

• There is a sofa bed in the third bedroom which can be set up for one. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

• This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator.

• There are stairs up to the entrance, and no elevator.

• The fireplaces in the second and third bedrooms are ornamental.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
