From the moment we arrived at the airport we were well taken care of every step of the way. The flat in London was beautiful, just as was pictured in the photos on the website. If anything, the apartment was larger than the pictures. A onefinestay staff member met us at the flat, showed us around and reviewed the rules. When we had any questions during our stay, it was easy to text the staff and get answers quickly. I will be recommending them to friends and family!

Home Truths
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
This home is located on the lower ground floor with no elevator.
Although babies and children are allowed in this home, this home is not suitable for toddlers.
There is no permanent storage space in the master bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for your stay.
Some noise can be heard from the nearby Underground station from inside the home.
In order to book this home we require your consent to share your name with the building concierge. This is for ease of access in and out of the building.

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
