Home Truths

• This home accepts babies, toddlers and children.

• While pets are welcome in this home, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our destinations specialists for information.

• The bedrooms, sitting room and kitchen have a heating and cooling system, which runs as air conditioning in the summer, and provides heating in the winter. Only one function can run at a timeo on the system: it will be on heating mode from October to May, and it will be on air conditioning mode from May to October.

• Please be aware that European air conditioning units are designed for a milder temperature range than American units. Whilst there is air conditioning in this home it might not feel as cool as some American air conditioning units.

• This home is on the second floor with elevator access.

• The capacity of the hot water tank is limited ( 120L size ) which represent 2 showers approximatively. Then you need to wait 1h30 to refill it.

• Please note that the televisions provide access to terrestrial channels only and do not include smart TV features.

• There is a sofa bed in the sitting room which can accommodate an additional two people. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

• There is currently some construction in the building while renovation works are being completed.

•  Works will be carried out on weekdays and occasional weekend days.

• There is currently construction work taking place in the building next door between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a €1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
