This home is quite the head turner. And who wouldn’t be smitten by geometric prints, silvery walls and a spiralling staircase? There’s a real glamour here, a poise that emanates from the witty furniture, the artful colour scheme and the fantastic sense of space. With the heart of Notting Hill just a handful of minutes away, and the artisan grocers and cafes of Holland Park nearby, your location couldn’t be finer – take your morning jog in Kensington Gardens, or head for Portobello Road antiques market. Here, you can rummage for vintage Pucci, deck yourself in sparkles or simply nibble upon Hummingbird cupcakes. And there’s no need to restrain yourself, for however many you consume, Ladbroke Road will still fit you perfectly.
Shes got the look
Your hostess is a personal shopper and stylist. When she acquired Ladbroke Road it was a blank canvas, and she’s taken tremendous pleasure in making this home her own.
Ladbroke Road is just extraordinary. The smaller of the two sitting rooms holds an Xbox and a large TV, but you'll be too busy admiring the silvery wall to notice. Upstairs, the main living space is double height, with floating stairs leading to the dining room, where you can toast the stars beneath a stunning retractable glass roof. The kitchen’s enormous, with glossy white units, and additional dining space for six alongside exquisite art. The three bedrooms are bold and on-trend – think daring patterns, lush fabrics, and ensuites filled with delicious toiletries.
On the runway
Affluent and lovely, nearby Holland Park is green and serene, its backstreets dotted with garden squares, beloved neighbourhood restaurants and organic grocers. For a bit more pizzazz head to Notting Hill itself, where you’ve all the fun of Portobello Road, and of course, Kensington Gardens. Or, if Bond Street is calling, the tube from Holland Park only eight minutes.
This home is spread over 6 floors with no internal elevator. The stairs are quite steep and guests will need to be especially careful if young children are staying.
There is no permanent hanging space in the twin bedroom, so we will provide a hanging rail for your stay.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
