We have stayed with onefinestay before, and every time we travel to London, we choose onefinestay. They exceed expectations. Their properties are always exquisite, located in the most charming and peaceful neighborhoods, away from traffic but close to everything you'd want. This time, we stayed in Ladbroke Grove, tucked between the elegance of Holland Park and the vibrant charm of Notting Hill. Our apartment overlooked a blooming spring garden - quiet, serene, and beautiful. From morning walks to evenings at top restaurants, the location was a dream. What makes onefinestay truly stand out is their incredible customer service. You're welcomed not by a code or lockbox, but by a real person who greets you warmly and is there for anything you need throughout your stay. The concierge service is exceptional, and little touches like welcome tea, cookies, and coffee make all the difference. It was, once again, a top-notch experience. We truly felt at home and we can't wait to return.
