Check-in: from 4:00 PM. We'll meet you at the home on arrival at your convenience.

Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

• This home accepts babies, toddlers, children and pets.

• The fireplace in this home is ornamental.

• This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.

• There is parking on request at this home, which if available can be pre-arranged. Please speak to our destinations specialists if you wish to enquire about the space.

• The homeowner's gardener will visit once a week on Wednesdays at 2pm. They will not need to access the home

• There is a Peloton exercise bike in the home that is available to experienced users.

• The dining table has only eight chairs, however more can be taken from around the home.

• There is limited access to the right-hand side of the fourth bedroom bed.

• The neighbouring home has scaffolding on it whilst works take place. Work begins on 29th August for the foreseeable future with some noise being heard during work hours, Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM.

• While pets are welcome in this home, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our destinations specialists for information.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
