Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

• This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator.

• There are stairs up to the front door of this home.

• This home accepts babies, toddlers and children but does not accept pets.

• The fireplace in the second bedroom is ornamental.

• There are CCTV cameras on the outside of this home, however there are none indoors.

• The homeowner's housekeeper visits every Monday between 8AM and 1PM.

• The master bedroom ensuite does not have a door, however it does have a curtain.

• One loveable dog lives in this home. They won't be around during your stay however this home may not be suitable for those with allergies.

• There is limited storage in the fourth bedroom.

• This is a much loved family home and so shows some signs of wear and tear.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
