Home Truths

• This home has air conditioning in every room. Please be aware that European air conditioning units are designed for a milder temperature range than American units. Whilst there is air conditioning in this home it might not feel as cool as some American air conditioning units.

• There is a sofa bed in the third bedroom which can be set up for one or two people. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

• In order to access the third bedroom, you have to go through the second bedroom.

• The apartment is spread out over 2 floors with no internal elevator.

• This home is on the fifth floor with elevator access.

• There is a small kitchenette with a fridge, induction hob and kettle in the second bedroom.

• There is a separate toilet room on the entrance level that is not pictured.

• The stairs in this home may be considered narrow and steep.

• The master en-suite shower is handheld only.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a €1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
