Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

• This home accepts babies, toddlers and children but does not accept pets.

• This home has baby gates that can be installed on request.

• The murphy bed in the second sitting room is a king-size. The room also features a privacy curtain that shuts off the area from the rest of the second floor.

• There is a trundle bed in the second bedroom which can be set up for one or two people. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

• This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.

• One loveable cat lives at this home. They won't be around during your stay but this home may not be suitable for those with allergies.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
