Home Truths

• This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

• This home accepts babies, toddlers, and children.

• While this home does not accept pets, it may accept dogs on request. If so, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our destinations specialists for information.

• One loveable dog lives in this home. They will not be there for your stay but this home may not be suitable for those with allergies.

• The fireplace in this home is ornamental.

• This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator.

• There are steps up to the entrance of this home.

• This home features adult-themed artwork.

• This is a much loved family home and some signs of wear and tear are visible, particularly on the walls and chairs.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
