House Rules

  • The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
  • No smoking on any onefinestay property.

Home Truths

  • Please note the Italian government might require the payment of a per person per day Visitor’s Tax depending on the location of the villa and may apply for the first seven days. This tax is payable locally, in Euros.

  • Please be aware that the courtyard pool is decorative. The larger infinity pool is the designated pool for guest use.

  • Villa Feronia accommodates a Florentine in-house artist and his wife in a separate, private quarter of the estate, sharing only the main entrance gate. They do not have access to any indoor area of the villa and its annexes. The guests' privacy is guaranteed.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a €5000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
