Check-in: from 4:00 PM. We'll meet you at the home on arrival at your convenience.

Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• Please note, a security deposit equal to one night’s rent will be collected.

• Please note, the villa next door is undergoing a renovation which could be a source of noise. Please inquire for more details.

• Please note, there will be a golf cart security deposit of $2,000 taken on site via credit card.

• Please note there is a Club Punta Mita Access Fee which will go into effect as of January 6, 2026. A flat, one-time fee per person will apply to the booking. Please inquire with a Destination Specialist for further details before booking.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
