Check-in: from 4:00 PM. We'll meet you at the home on arrival at your convenience.

House Rules

VOIP Telephone
A VOIP telephone (via Internet) is available. Calls are charged based on usage at the time of departure.
Calls to landlines worldwide are very inexpensive, while calls to mobile phones in Italy and abroad may be more costly. Guests may request a printout of calls and related charges at any time.
Mobile phone reception is generally good but may vary depending on the provider.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Cots and Highchairs
A cot (with linen) and a highchair are available at the property. Both must be requested in advance.

Cleaning
Three hours of daily cleaning (Monday to Friday) are included.
The villa must be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness. This includes stripping the beds, washing and putting away crockery and cutlery, emptying the dishwasher (if possible), emptying the fridge, cleaning the oven and barbecue, and disposing of all rubbish.
If the property is not left in an acceptable condition, the owner or caretaker reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee at their discretion. The estimated cost would be charged to your debit or credit card, as authorised under the conditions of the Security Deposit.
A cleaning lady will assist for one hour. Additional hours must be requested in advance through the hospitality manager and are charged at €30 per hour, to be paid locally.

House Linen
Bed linen, bathroom towels, and pool towels are provided free of charge. A weekly change is included on Saturdays.

Heating
The property has central heating available from October through April.

Air Conditioning
The property is fully air-conditioned from May through September.

Pool Heating
The pool can be heated to 26°C at an additional cost of €400 per week. This must be requested in advance through the hospitality manager and paid locally upon arrival.
Please note that the pool cannot be covered at night, so the water temperature may be affected by outdoor weather conditions.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a €1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
