House Rules
- Quiet time: 10 pm to 9 am. (Excessive noise or disturbing behaviour may result in a fine especially since villa is in the gated community)\
- No smoking indoors
- No additional beds, air mattresses or rollaway beds allowed
- The minimum age of all guests is 25 years old
ID Check
Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
Upon your arrival we will secure a $4000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
