Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• Please note that AC and Heating will be charged on consumption.

• The villa can be divided into two separate apartments: Apartment A (9 guests) and Apartment B (6 guests). Each can accommodate two additional guests, bringing the total capacity of the villa to 19.

• The two additional guests per villa can be accommodated upon request by adding an extra bed or sofa bed. Please enquire with the sales agent for further details.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a €800 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
