• Please note that at least 1 member of the staff will be staying 24 hrs at the villa. Members of the staff will remain in the staff area when not working or sleeping hours. Per resort rules, all visitors and guests must be registered at least 48 hours prior to entry, please provide your concierge with all guest IDs or Passports.

• Please note, a gratuity payment is expected upon check-out at this villa. The gratuity is calculated based on the total rental amount before taxes and fees. A 10% gratuity is recommended, please inquire for further details.

• Please note, smoking (including the use of hookahs) is not permitted on this property.

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

• Roundtrip airport transfer courtesy service from Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) may be arranged upon prior request and is subject to provider availability and scheduling conditions.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $2000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
