• Construction is now complete. We are currently updating our gallery, please note that the villa’s new, refreshed appearance will vary from the photos currently shown on our website.

• Please note that air-conditioning usage is metered and charged at the prevailing market rate. Meters are read on your arrival and departure.

• Please be advised that this is a strictly non-smoking property.

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

• The maximum occupancy is 14. This includes 10 adults and 4 children, with the children's beds in a separate bedroom consisting of two bunk beds.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
