Home Truths

• Identification for all guests must be provided at least 48 hours before arrival. A resort registration fee (not included in the rental rate) is due upon arrival for resort and facility access.

• Please note, a gratuity payment is expected upon check-out at this villa. The gratuity is calculated based on the total rental amount before taxes and fees. A 10% gratuity is recommended, please inquire for further details.

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

• Please note that at least 1 member of the staff will be staying 24 hrs at the villa. Members of the staff will remain in the staff area when not working or sleeping hours.

• Roundtrip airport transfer courtesy service from Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) may be arranged upon prior request and is subject to provider availability and scheduling conditions.

• To support the dedicated local staff who look after this villa, a gratuity is customary and expected. Please speak to our reservations team for more information.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
