Oozing with industrial chic, Tyers Gate II is a sleek two-bedroom warehouse conversion in the heart of the city. Exposed beams and stripped back brick walls nod towards the origins of the building; now transformed into a stylish, open space with everything a small family, couple or business traveller could need while visiting the capital. Much of the home’s colour palette is set by the neutral tones of the brick and wood; contrasted by the mustard and navy shades of the soft furnishings and vibrant art pieces in the lounge area. An open-plan design creates a sociable space for everyone to gather; a dining table sits behind the sofa, and opposite this is a hidden kitchenette - uncovered by rolling back the wooden doors. This minimalist style flows through into the two bedrooms, separated by crystal windows from the living area. The master bedroom boasts a super king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed and a retro record player. Set just off Bermondsey Street, Tyers Gate II is a short stroll from some of the city’s most iconic landmarks; London Bridge, the River Thames, and the historic Borough Market - and not to mention the seemingly endless choice of bars and restaurants along the way.

This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
This home accepts children but does not accept babies and toddlers.
This home is on the second floor with no internal elevator.
The bedrooms have windows overlooking the sitting room, there is a shear curtain to provide some privacy.
There is currently construction work taking place in the neighbouring flat above with scaffolding on the building. Some noise may be heard inside the home during working hours.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
