Alfred Villa is a sublime place to retreat after an adventure in LA. Step through its grand entrance into a spacious, open-plan living area featuring sleek furnishings and Fleetwood sliding doors, which open up the entire back of the villa. On cooler nights, get ready to relax in front of the fire in the chic, neutrally-decorated main living room. There is also a second seating area with a private patio, a formal dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows, and statement lighting.

Prepping meals is anything but a chore in Alfred Villa's gourmet kitchen. Set at the back of the house, it benefits from a host of high-end appliances, exquisite Italian tiling, custom-made cabinets and a central island. Easy access to the garden makes al fresco dining a dream, too.

Once night falls, venture upstairs via the villa's impressive 22-foot atrium to discover five beautifully-appointed bedrooms. Four have queen-size beds and spacious ensuites, while the majestic master bedroom benefits from a plush king-size bed, sweeping private balcony, a walk-in wardrobe and a plush seating area. A cosy home office and a fully-equipped gym are also yours to use as you, please.

Yearning to soak up some Californian sunshine? Alfred Villa's gorgeous garden is made for relaxation. Lounge among the greenery in one of the several attractive seating spaces or do some lengths in the pool. You could also lie back in the hot tub and listen to the tinkling of the villa's tranquil two-storey waterfall.

    • The noise level will be one that will not disturb the neighbors from 10 PM-8 AM
    • This is a non-smoking residence. There is a $1,000 fee for smoking inside. Please refer to your rental agreement for further details.
    • There shall be no gatherings of over 15 people without permission from The Maimon Group.

    Home Truths

    • -Pool heating is only available upon request and for an additional fee of $300 to start and $100 per day, which includes a commencement fee to elevate the pool’s temperature to the desired warmth and a daily maintenance charge to retain the temperature. Please inquire with a Travel Advisor about the extra fee before booking.
    • -For pool heating, it takes a minimum of 12-18 hours to reach temperatures above 80°F, while the hot tub/spa takes approximately an hour. Therefore, pool heating must be requested in advance and may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature.
    • -For any monthly stays 30+ nights, there will be an average monthly utilities cost added to the total booking.
