Set beside the breathtaking Caribbean Sea and boasting immediate access to the crystal-clear waters of Jamaica's north coast, Aqua Bay is a gorgeous four-bedroom villa that sleeps up to eight guests. Recently renovated, the villa blends indoor and outdoor living to spectacular effect and uses rich wooden finishes and colour-coordinated accents to reflect the island's natural beauty.

Approximately 20 kilometres west of Jamaica's second city, Montego Bay, Aqua Bay puts guests within easy reach of a range of local amenities. As part of the exclusive Tryall community, the villa comes with Tryall Club membership. Guests can use the club's complimentary gym, pool, beach, kids club, games room, pickleball and tennis courts, and other facilities. They can also access the golf course, tennis lessons, spa, bar, restaurants and motorised water sports for additional fees. While the surrounding coast is a delight, Montego Bay boasts its fair share of attractions. The National Museum West is great for history fans, Doctor's Cave Beach is a popular local hangout, and Bellefield Great House is one for the foodies.

Guests are welcomed into a central living area with cosy sofa seating and a bar with a full-size pool table, shuffleboard and televisions. It's the perfect spot for evening socialising, and the views over the terrace, garden and coast are mesmerising. The professionally equipped kitchen ensures food prep is a pleasure, while the dedicated media room is well suited to family movie nights. The villa's private gym includes a fantastic choice of workout equipment, including a Peloton bike, weights, treadmill and elliptical machine.

The master suite is located in the villa's west wing and contains a king-size bed and a sea-facing veranda with a double rope swinging chair. The indulgent ensuite bathroom features a deep bathtub, a walk-in rain shower and a second open-air shower. In the east wing, two bedrooms contain king-size beds and the third features queen-size beds. All three include lavish ensuites with tubs and walk-in showers and open onto outdoor space.

Guests can step onto an expansive covered terrace from the lounge area with a sizable dining table and cushioned seating. Beyond, a patio area with sun loungers fronts the heated infinity pool, and the palm-dotted tropical garden leads to the beachfront area. There, wooden decking supports an oceanside dining table for unforgettable starlit evening feasts and several sun loungers. As well as a ten-seater jacuzzi, the beach area includes a relaxing day bed and steps leading into the pristine Caribbean waters.

    Home Truths

    • The Club requires all guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee. Guests 16 years and older pay $34 per day for stays of 1 to 4 days and $170 for stays of 5 to 7 days thereafter. Children 13 to 15 years old are billed at $17 per day and $85 for 5 to 7 days thereafter. For children 12 years and under, our Temporary Membership Dues are complimentary. All Temporary Membership Dues incur a 15% service charge and are subject to change. Dues can be pre-paid or paid on arrival at the Club.
    • Please note that while we strive to maintain all amenities in perfect working condition, Jacuzzis and hot tubs cannot be guaranteed. These units contain complex parts that may occasionally break down and can be challenging to replace promptly. We appreciate your understanding.
