At Arrecife 17, every day is the perfect beach day, whether you prefer to sunbathe and sip craft cocktails at the beach club or kite surf and snorkel among the colourful shoals. Two world-class golf courses lie close to the villa, and the resort is home to both tennis and pickleball courts for those who prefer rackets to clubs. There’s a new restaurant to try every night of the week where locally caught oysters and yellow-fin tuna enter a delicious dance with enticing Creole flavours.

A laid-back Caribbean style permeates the villa’s living spaces, with organic accents of stone, wood, and rattan. Finding a peaceful spot to relax with a tipple, watch TV, or play pool before a social supper in the chic formal dining room or out on the poolside deck is easy. The state-of-the-art white and granite kitchen makes feeding a large group a cinch - or why not fire up the grill for an evening of al fresco entertaining?

Arrecife 17’s eight bedrooms are bathed in natural light and styled with a breezy lightness of touch. Their ensuites feel indulgent, with glass-walled rainfall showers and twin vanity sinks. Five of these bedrooms are located in the main villa. The king-size primary suite impresses with its gorgeous ocean outlook and a decadent freestanding tub. There are two further king-size rooms, a bedroom with two double beds, and a bedroom with two cosy queen-size beds. The guest house provides a bedroom with four single beds (just right for little ones) and two king-size bedrooms.
