- This home is spread over three levels with no internal elevator.
- The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.
- This is a much-loved home and so shows some signs of wear and tear.
- The second bedroom has a wardrobe that is not pictured in the listing photos.
- There is limited storage in the third bedroom.
- The speaker in the master bedroom is not for guest use.
