Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

• This home accepts babies, toddlers and children. Pets will be considered on request, where an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our destinations specialists for information.

• This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator.

• There are several steps up from the street to the front door of this home.

• One loveable dog lives in this home. They won't be around during your stay but this home may not be suitable for those with allergies.

• The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.

• The building next door to this home will be undergoing a significant renovation from 14th July 2025.

• This is a well-loved family home and so shows some signs of wear and tear.

• The TV pictured in the kitchen is not in use.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
