Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

• This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.

• The space on either side of the bed in the second bedroom is very narrow.

• There are two horse stables located on the Mews that the home is situated on and some noise will be heard from inside the home, including the second bedroom which shares a wall with one of the stables. Due to this close proximity, occasionally there may be an aroma from the stables around the home, however the horses won't be in residence between mid July and early September each year.

• While pets are welcome in this home, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our sales advisers for information.

• The ceiling in the utility room is lower than normal – under six feet high.

• There is parking on request at this home, which if available can be pre-arranged. Please speak to our destinations specialists if you wish to enquire about the space.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
