Service was excellent. Everybody responded very quickly and was super helpful. We requested a travel crib and a highchair and it was placed in the home accordingly. Everything was clean when we arrived and the cleaning service in the middle of our stay was really nice. We travelled with my parents and our seven month old. It was so nice to have a two bedroom unit with a living room so we could seamlessly all take care of the baby. Having a concierge was nice and you wouldn't get that with Airbnb.

The experience in our rental house was fabulous with onefinestay. Our train was running late and therefore when we arrived I could only spend a little time with the gracious greeter. She explained the house functions and it was a fabulous touch. The house was beautiful and lived up to its description. The location was absolutely perfect for everything we wanted to see and do. We could get anywhere by the close walk to the tube and enjoyed countless walks through Hyde Park. The house is meticulous, and the welcome basket got us through the first day until we could get our provisions for the length of our stay. We will book again with this fine company and the house owners they work with based on this experience. In fact, we're already searching in other countries they represent.
