Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• While babies in arms are welcome, this home does not accept toddlers or children under the age of 10.

• This home does not feature Satellite or Cable TV, instead there is Apple TV, which gives you access to streaming services.

• This home is located at the top of a steep hill.

• There is one designated parking space in front of the home. There is also unrestricted, non-permit street parking available outside of the communal driveway on the same side of the home.

• This home is located in a subdivision of other residences. There are neighboring homes immediately to the left and right of this residence.

• This home is spread over two levels with no internal elevator.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
