Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

• The fireplaces are ornamental and not for guest use.

• This home does not accept pets.

• This home accepts babies , children and toddlers.

• This home doesn't have air-conditioning, so please let us know if you'd like to have fans for your stay.

• The host's dog usually resides at the home. While it won't be there during guests stays, the home might not be suitable for those with pet allergies.

• This home is on the first floor, with an external elevator.

• There are two toilets in this home but one is separated from the bathroom. There are no photographs available.

• There are currently construction taking place in the street facing the building.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a €1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
