Home Truths

• This home is located in a townhouse complex of other residences.

• Two loveable dogs lives at the home. They won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

• This home does not feature Satellite or Cable TV, instead there are Smart TVs with Apple TV & Amazon Firestick which gives you access to premium streaming services such as Apple TV+, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Showtime, AMC+, Paramount+, Peacock, Stars & Sirius XM.

• This home is spread over multiple levels with no internal elevator.

• There are queen-sized murphy beds in the second and third bedrooms of the home, which can be set up upon request. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

• There is a full size pull out sofa bed in the sitting room and master bedroom. It can sleep two people on each one, but more comfortable for one person. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

• There are two designated parking spaces in a private garage under this home along with one additional guest parking space. There is also unrestricted, non-permitted street parking around the home.

• This home has external cameras facing the outdoor terraces and on the Nest front doorbell.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
