California Court is a four bedroom, three bathroom home in Venice. The pared-back décor shows a modern influence, with plenty of natural wood fittings and furniture. The kitchen has a long breakfast bar lined with rustic wooden stools. Opposite, glass doors reveal a row of sun loungers and a pool, just one of several peaceful outdoor spaces at this home. It’s a 20-minute walk to Venice Beach, where you can watch the rollerbladers, bodybuilders and bohemian locals enjoying the seafront. You can follow this sandy stretch up to the fusion restaurants of Santa Monica or down to the yachts of swanky Marina del Rey. What's more, you are just a 30 minute drive away from lively West Hollywood.

- This home has an open swimming pool (with no fence) accessible via the sitting room and kitchen. There is, however, a pool cover.
- Since the onefinestay photo shoot, the fourth bedroom now features two single beds.
- There is parking for two cars in the driveway of the home off of the garage.
- The homeowner's cleaner will visit on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 1 pm for 3 hours.
- One loveable hypoallergenic dog lives at this home. They won't be around for your stay but this home may not be suitable for people with extreme allergies.
- There is central air conditioning on the upper floor only. The lower floor features underfloor heating.
- This home features filtered water throughout.
- This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.
- This home has a strict no pets policy.
