With miles of golden sands and a bright blue ocean right on your doorstep, Casa Captiva embraces the natural beauty of Punta Bella and enhances it with refined, elegant living. This vast villa is over 10,000ft², providing up to 12 people with all the space you need for total relaxation.

A further 7,000ft² of outdoor gardens and terraces stretch down to the private beach. The four suites all feature king beds and ensuite bathrooms. A separate Casita with a queen-size bed provides a little privacy for couples, while there is a further bedroom with four beds. A seventh caretaker bedroom is also available for additional space. Casa Captiva sits in a secure, gated community and is ideal for groups who want a little extra privacy while they unwind.

This exclusive villa embraces the Colonial-era hacienda style, with modern touches to make it a home from home. No detail has been overlooked, such as the Roaring Twenties style den and games room with mahogany bar and leather stools. Natural materials such as Italian marble, polished hardwood flooring, and sumptuous leather furniture elevate this villa to a whole new level of refined sophistication. An impeccably equipped kitchen provides you with everything to create delicious meals using fresh local ingredients.

Outside, the pool is more like a secret lagoon, surrounded by lush vegetation and whispering palm trees. A few steps through the sugar-soft sand and you reach the ocean, perfect for lazy snorkelling among the turtles and sea creatures that call Palmilla home.

Life in Palmilla is all about relaxation. A 27-hole golf course with ocean views offers challenging, championship-standard play, while the broad, pristine beaches are the ideal spot for wildlife watching, snorkelling or surfing.

Stroll a bit further inland, and you'll be surrounded by lush forests and tropical wonders, including the famous cenotes that dot this part of Mexico.
