As well as enjoying the home's exquisite indoor-outdoor living spaces, you'll have easy access to a serene white-sand beach that's lapped by the turquoise waters of the Sea of Cortez.

Casa de la Playa (or 'the beach house') may occupy an incredibly secluded coastal spot, but it's within easy reach of La Ribera. The charming fishing village is awash with quaint local restaurants, water sports venues, and numerous idyllic beaches. Cabo Pulmo's scenic National Marine Park is also just a short drive away and a hotpot for scuba diving, while the bustling restaurants and bars of swish Cabo San Lucas are less than 90 minutes to the south.

Zero neighbours and uninterrupted ocean views elevate Casa de la Playa to a true beachfront oasis. The fabulous villa sleeps up to 12 people in four impeccably-decorated ensuite bedrooms. Two feature enticing queen-size beds, with additional loft spaces for accommodating extra guests, and easy access to the pool. The two master bedrooms are particularly decadent thanks to plush furnishings, walk-in wardrobes and private outdoor spaces – including an open-air ensuite with a gorgeous outdoor bathtub.

It couldn't be easier to switch off in Casa de la Playa. As well as its sumptuous bedrooms, the villa has numerous dynamic spaces where you can savour a moment of calm. This includes a phenomenal rooftop deck featuring multiple seating areas and a roaring firepit. Below is the equally spacious living area, complete with an intimate patio featuring a modern swimming pool. Wall-to-wall sliding doors around the living room and sophisticated kitchen allow guests to open up the entire space, creating a wonderful hub for entertaining.

Out from the kitchen and dining area is an additional patio overlooking the ocean; the perfect spot to cook up a storm in the high-end BBQ area, enjoy a blissful dip in the hot tub, or cosy up by a second fire pit situated right on the sand. Whether you spend your days walking barefoot along the deserted white-sand beach or keeping cool in the private pool, you’re in for a memorable treat at Casa de la Playa.
