- Please note that this villa has a minimum age requirement: all guests must be 25 (children traveling with parents excluded).
- This villa does not permit any unauthorized parties or events.
- Due to the fact the villa resides in a gated community, excessive noise is not allowed at any time.
- This villa has a set quiet time from 10pm - 9am.
- Noise, or other disturbing behavior after 10pm, will result in a fine following the first warning. The amount of which can range between $1000-$3000. Warnings apply per entire stay, not per incident.

- Please note that the security deposit required for this villa is 25% of the total price of the rental, with a minimum security deposit of $1000.
