I feel the service was top notch. We had an issue with the air conditioner and it was immediately addressed and resolved. We had everything we needed, including services going above and beyond. Communication was thorough throughout the planning process and onefinestay offers many different packages to include if desired. The home was absolutely stunning and I would absolutely be thrilled to stay at one of their homes again!

House Rules

· Some guard gates in private communities may require that you leave a photo ID every time you enter the community. Your ID will be returned to you every time that you exit.

· There is a water shortage in Cabo; please conserve water as much as possible.

· Please be mindful of energy consumption during your villa stay. Recommendations: Turn off air conditioning and lights when you leave the villa or when not in use. Do not leave exterior doors, windows, or sliders open when running the air conditioning.

· In gated communities, noise after 10 PM can result in a fine, WITHOUT warning.

· Use of Drones is prohibited unless approved by HOA. Please inquire with your concierge.

· Nearby construction may occur without notice.

  • Please note that this villa is formed of two separate 2BR/2BA villas, plus a private casita.

  • Please note that the security deposit required for this villa is 25% of the total price of the rental, with a minimum security deposit of $1000.

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
