From its leafy golf course position, this modern villa for up to 16 guests is just a ten-minute stroll from the local beach and within easy reach of exclusive beach club amenities.

Casa Primavera places guests close to powdery white sands and crystal-clear warm waters where you can snorkel, kayak, and paddleboard, with excellent beachside bars and restaurants for the requisite craft cocktails and lobster lunches. The historic town of San Jose del Cabo is a few minutes’ drive away; here, the sound of live music drifts through the streets, and bustling markets showcase local artisanal produce, including sculptures, colourful earthenware, and jewellery.

Guests at Casa Primavera will feel part of the idyllic surroundings with floor-to-ceiling glass walls that open from the contemporary living space to the picturesque terrace. Curl up on the plush velvet sofas in the living room or wander out to the sunset lounge to get a better look at a fiery Los Cabos sunset. Cross the sweeping marble floors to the well-equipped modern kitchen to prepare locally caught striped marlin and roosterfish for supper. Casa Primavera’s eight bedrooms are bathed in natural light, and their soft colour schemes and blond wood parquet or marble floors accentuate this sense of tranquil airiness. In the main villa, there are six bedrooms. Four are king-size and ensuite, one has a queen-size bed and is also ensuite, then the sixth bedroom is a twin and has a shared bathroom. There are two king-size bedrooms in a separate casita (which also houses a small kitchen and living room), and these share a spacious bathroom.
